3.2. Prices displayed on the site are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of VAT. We strive to ensure that all prices are accurate, though errors may occasionally occur.
3.3. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods that may be clarified during the checkout process.
4.1. Mura Kart offers nationwide delivery services via popular carriers like LBC Express, J&T Express, and Ninja Van. Shipping times and fees vary based on location and courier service.
4.2. Standard delivery charges start at PHP 150.00. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.1. Customers in the Philippines have 15 days from receipt to return items, in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394, the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
5.2. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
5.3. Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
