At the start, the tree is just a seedling. Each round, players draw “promise cards” — gentle tasks like “Share a fun memory,” “Help another player organize their cards,” or “Give a compliment.” When a promise is fulfilled, players earn growth tokens and add a piece to the tree.
Some cards require teamwork or multiple players to complete. Others introduce weather events or emotional moments that may pause or accelerate growth. Players must work together to meet a set number of completed promises before the heart tracker runs out.
The game ends in one of two ways: either the tree blooms in full — a sign of completed connection — or it pauses its growth, reminding players there's always another chance to try again.
